Energy services

The selection of energy services includes a wide range of options, which can be divided into four general categories:

  • Energy diagnosis for properties
  • Heating consumption optimization
  • Electricity consumption optimization
  • Optimization of traditional heating production

Energy diagnosis for properties: our experts guarantee the greatest professionalism in energy analysis for properties, and will explore potential investments with the aim of optimizing consumption and generating savings. On the basis of this first analysis, specially designed interventions will be suggested to the client to improve the energy efficiency of their property, and their technical and economic feasibility will be evaluated.

Heating consumption optimization: sometimes defined as a property’s energy budget, we can offer a series of optimal solutions with the aim of increasing the property’s energy efficiency and reducing waste. Interventions can range from a simple improvement of the property’s insulation (windows, walls and roofing) up to an comprehensive upgrading of the structure and heating systems (adoption of a system of temperature control and air handling, thermostatic valves, thermal accumulation, introduction of condensing boilers, remote controls).

Electricity consumption optimization: the technical solutions aimed at saving electrical energy range from the replacement of outdated electrical appliances (lighting, refrigeration, washing machines, dishwashers, etc.) and the introduction of control systems with light sensors to the installation of high-efficiency inverters or electric motors and circuit retiming. The installation of photovoltaic systems below 20 kW also falls into this category, and incentives are available for this type of energy efficiency improvement.

Optimization of traditional heating production: the performance of traditional systems can be improved by converting them into low-temperature systems with the use of panels, plates, radiating panels and fan coil units, or through increasing, transforming or installing condensing boilers or the use of thermal accumulation systems.
